A Year of Rejuvenation
Feb 25, 2010

This past year Tristan has committed herself to keeping life simple.

In an interview with the San Diego News Network, Tristan explains why she needed to take a year off from the hectic world of the music industry and non-stop promo touring, “I’d been touring for five years straight and I’d done two records, so it was kind of like, ‘I need to step back. I want to be 26 and 27 and be like normal for a minute, and hang out with all my friends, check in with myself and figure out if I’m on the path I want to be on.’”

In her quest for normalcy, Tristan was able to visit both Bali and Burning Man, and spend even more time writing and surfing.

THE GIFT OF GIVING!

In support of my December 14th show at the Belly Up Tavern, please help me support Promises2Kids with their holiday gift drive!
please bring gifts for foster children and youth for the holidays!
During 2008, Promises2Kids received more than 12,000 gifts - gifts and toys were distributed to children in need through more than 30 local agencies, including the Polinsky Children’s Center, local group homes, San Diego Foster Parent Association, and the San Diego Center for Children.  Lets help them meet or beat that number this year!
