Hi friends!!!

I am writing today with a very important announcement!  After almost a year off, I’ve grown tired of surfing, sanding, book reading and cooking. I’ve done far too many yoga poses and read too many great books.  I’ve had far too many great nights.  Late nights with friends, drinking wine, making out, and sleeping soundly.

And one day, I woke up in a panic like when you misplace your favorite necklace or you can’t find your glasses. Where is my tour I thought! Oh my bajeezus! I have misplaced my tour!!!!!???

So I called up my manager and I told him to call the booking agent, and have the booking agent call the promoters, and have the promoters call the clubs all across the country and ask them if they can help me find my tour!!! And guesss what!? They did! Bless them!

So, I found out when and where my tour is.  I will be out on the road all of October and November picking up the pieces! Oooh! Maybe we will call this the “Picking Up The Pieces” tour?!

Now all we need is you! So I hope to see you! Its gonna be soo much fun! Tweet it! Blog it! Rock it out!!

This past year Tristan has committed herself to keeping life simple.

In an interview with the San Diego News Network, Tristan explains why she needed to take a year off from the hectic world of the music industry and non-stop promo touring, “I’d been touring for five years straight and I’d done two records, so it was kind of like, ‘I need to step back. I want to be 26 and 27 and be like normal for a minute, and hang out with all my friends, check in with myself and figure out if I’m on the path I want to be on.’”

In her quest for normalcy, Tristan was able to visit both Bali and Burning Man, and spend even more time writing and surfing.
